The 1920's style wedding of Ginny & Ed featured on 100 Layer Cake (photography: Josh Goleman). I am loving the muted color theme and the fact that the weddings guests seem to have gone along completely with the wedding theme in terms of clothing and styling. And how awesome is that venue?

Another 20's wedding: Matt & Geneva featured on Green Wedding Shoes (images: Wildflowers photography). The wedding party style is seriously grand and the photography brings out the 20's feeling perfectly.

Now this is not a wedding, but I just needed to include this fantasic jazz age lawn party. Looks like so much fun! (featured on Grey Likes Weddings, photography by Trent Bailey)

This 1930's speakeasy themed wedding of Shannon & Chris is pure perfection. One can hardly believe that it's not actually from the 30's. (via 100 Layer Cake, by Jillian Clark Event Design, photography: Weddings by Two)

This glamorous art deco inspired wedding featured on Ruffled was the initial reason for my post today.
Those centerpieces are amazing! (photography: Natalie Moser, event design: Amber Events )

Megan and Mike's British 50's themed wedding featured on Ruffled. Oh, how fun these pictures are!

Loving the candy colored 50's look also featured on Ruffled. So lovely! (images: Ever Whim Photographs)

I think my favorite part of this is the vintage microphone. This wedding is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWow love the colours throughout. They really add to the vintage theme!
ReplyDeleteMe too, me too! They totally rock!
ReplyDeleteSuch fun to have "period" themed weddings like these! Thanks for sharing such a charming roundup. :-)

ReplyDeleteI'm obsessed with the vintage wedding theme! I'm all about the 1920's Hollywood glam. . . you could say I was born in the wrong ere (accept for the whole women's rights thing!)
ReplyDeleteI didn't even know they still made those old school microphones. That aside, I also can't get over that wedding theme. Sometimes, you really can't replace the classics.
ReplyDeleteI love those pics, it was a great wedding. Congratulations and best wishes to the newly weds. Looking forward always for more updates.
