HOLIDAY GIFT GUIDE 2012: BEAUTY PICKS

As one of the last parts of our holiday gift guide, we thought we'd share our personal beauty picks with you. Sure, all other picks in these posts were also our personal ones, but with this baby we want to go a little bit further to recommend some tried and loved products of ours mixed with items from our personal wishlists.

1 & 2 - Everyday Minerals base & brushes. I do love everything I have of this brand, from concealer over eye shadows to blushes. But my favorites are the brushes (the best make-up brushes I've ever owned) and the semi matte base. Eco Kabuki brush: 22.99$, Brow & liner brush: 7.99$, Everyday eye shadow brush: 8.99$, Semi-matte base: 12.99$

3 - Cover it all Mix concealer trio by Make Up Store: 24€. Best real concealer hands down - meaning it seriously conceals everything. Give it to your party-loving BFF for christmas and she'll surely love you for it.

4 - Clean: My favorite allround fragrances. There's a big range of different scents in this line, but my personal favorites are Warm Cotton and Fresh Shower. They are lovely, feminine, fresh and not heavy at all.

5 - John Masters Organics Intensive Conditioner: 31,25€ & Shampoo: 22,92€ *on my wishlist

6 - Benefit Its Potent eye cream: 32,64€

7 - ghd metallic styler flat iron: 187,52€ *on my wishlist

8 - Estelle & Thild Organic Body Oil *on my wishlist

9 - Ultra facial moisturizer by Kiehl's: 15.50£ Best non-oily moisturizer I've ever tried! Great for very dry skin like mine.

10 - Shea Butter hand creme by L'Occitane: 28$. Treat your hands to something wonderful.

11 - Christmas for your nails, i love these colors! Illamasqua nail polish duo: 33,34€

12 - If you have sensitive, dry skin and want a really great body peeling, get these body bars (or put them on your christmas wish list)! I always buy at least 2 at a time, cause I go through them so quickly. They peel very gently and moisturize at the same time. And the scent is yummy too. Aqua Mirabilis body butter by Lush: 5.95£ /piece

13 - Paul & Joe Winter Wonderland set: 54,17€. Moisturizing lip balm, smokey eye shadow, highlighter, bronzer. And yes, it's the packaging that drew me in, I admit it.

1 -
Clinique Chubby Stick, Chunky Cherry 16$ With this awesome lipstick you get a casual yet neat look. Great for day-use.

2 - Chanel, Illusion de'ombre 36$ I haven't tested this one (yet) but would be perfect for the Christmas party-season.

3 - CLEAN warm cotton & fresh laundry 69$ I have used CLEAN parfumes for some years now – these are the best scents from the collection, I think.

4 - MAC Mineralize Satinfinish foundation 36.50$ Great, flawless look - worth a try!

5 - TIGI Masterpiece hairspray ca 15$ Great volume, perfect hold, awesome scent. Just love this product!

7 - Elizabeth Arden, Eight hour cream 19.50$ Classic. If you haven't tested yet, please do. One tube lasts for years.

8 - Essie nailpolish 8$ I have never ever had Esssie nailpolis. I guess one thing is, that my nails are always ruined because of our work. Maybe i have time to grow my nails during the Holidays and get some Essie glam to those!

9 - Moroccanoil Treatment 41$ I have a test-package from this one and it feels great. Need to get a whole big bottle of this.

11 - GHD classic styler 190$ This has been my every day savior for years now.
