WEDDING & PARTY BUFFETS - DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT!

We meet a lot of wedding couples that are looking for ways to make their wedding stand out, let their very own personality shine through. Besides the obvious of creating a very personalized wedding look (decor, florals, etc), choosing your wedding wardrobe according to your personal style and adding program parts that reflect you as a couple, a great way of making the wedding more "You" is to serve food that you love.

Choose the dinner menu according to your taste, but make sure it serves the taste of a wide range of people and to cover your guests' special dietary needs. Or add a specialty buffet or bar. Skip the cake table, if you want. If you love pie, serve wedding pie! If you love donuts, serve donuts. Nobody can tell you, that you simply must have the three-tiered buttercream wedding cake. If it's not you, then don't spend big sums of money on it. Here's some sweet alternatives to your traditional cake buffet:
