Kitty & Niika: a James Bond inspired engagement shoot

On sunday we met up with Kitty of Modern Bride and her fiancé Niika for a photo session at Kappeli in Helsinki. They had wished for a James Bond inspired shoot for their wedding invitations (the movie poster is ready already, but we'll share pictures with you after the suite has been printed). Their wedding later this year will be a movie themed soiree and we're sure it will be beautiful and loads of fun - they're such a nice couple and did work the shoot like movie stars!

If you're in the market for an engagement shoot and you happen to live in or around Helsinki, let us know. We'd love to find the perfect location & styling for your session and set up a shoot for you! And if you feel lucky, be sure to check out Kitty's blog later this week - we'll be giving away one session to one happy couple!

But now, here's some impressions from sunday:

  17. The diamond culet is the bottom most part of the diamond typically where the pavilion comes to a close. The culet is pointed and the pavilion angles meet to prevent light from falling through or leaking from the bottom of the diamond.
